Attention: California, Give us back our jet stream!

Okay, usually feast or famine in CA- come on now, you've taken enough out of the bottle. Time to send that jet stream back north, please! I can't take any more of these hangovers!!! Paging the Mt. Baker weather machine....
    WA/BC need some more lovin'

    From KOMO TV weather (seattle):
By the way, this is pretty typical for a weak El Nino year. And I'm sure the local ski resorts just would wish California would just give our jet stream back. As the saying sorta goes, one state's "garbage" is another state's treasure
Another potential storm due in the NW for Sunday-Monday looks like it's going to be pulled South into CA.

So jealous right now Looks like you might have another good week ahead, fackers!

i prefer to be thankful that my brother and sister maggs are having fun with this freak early season. so while i am sad that the weather has not been so kind to me at least it has been kind to my friends back home.

now give me some fucking jetstream up here god - god, damn it - damn it!

in the mean time pray for snow and the health of your liver.

March? maybe- but there was definitely no jetstream moving through in april- seriously dry, warm and sunny weather here (believe it or not). Last decent storm we got was around March 30.

But then again, with 8,000 foot freezing levels this week, you can keep the jetstream (for now )

Heh. Evidently our season is already over. The turns-all-year folks are reporting great "spring" conditions and corn snow on Rainier this past weekend.

    Careful what you wish for.....................

    Lemme try this:

Check out the extended 15 day forecast on AccuWeather. Says the PNW should be gettin' slammed with plenty of wet weather by next week and just watch out the week of Thanksgiving.

    Ha, that oughtta jinx 'em!

thanks powpig, that was great of you.

i just hope that you guys don't get the now typical storm shutdown in late december jan and feb. maybe since the snow is coming extra early the dry months will come sooner and maybe even last longer? man that would make for a shitty winter huh?

or maybe the wet southern storms will come in real warm and all the snow will get rained off?

really i hope that we all have a kick ass season. i just want to see some snow on my new home moutians. that will make me feel much better.
