Thread: Mammoth Ski Lease 2010-2011!

Continuing our great streak of awesome winters at Mammoth, we're putting together another SKI LEASE for the winter of 2010-11. It's been a great run, and we intend to keep it going! Most of our members are returning, but as people get married, have kids, and generally move on, we occasionally have spots open up. Maybe you're a good fit for our group?

The place is a beautiful condo in town with 3 bedrooms (one is technically a loft) and 2 baths. It's got beds for 8 and sleeps 10 if we pull out the couch, although I don't think we've ever had that many people there. We're walking distance to Vons and on the bus line and best of all, we now have a HOT TUB, POOL, SAUNA, and pellet stove (no more propane!) which we are excited about.

About the group: we're six professional guys and gals (or couples, as it were), late 20s through early 40s that live in Southern California and love to ski. We share the condo straight-up: no reservations, no "black-outs", no BS. We're friends and we share it as a group - simple. The lease lasts for the season, usually 6-9 months depending on how long we want to go. We're a quiet group and not the partying type, but love to chase storms and be on first chair. We're looking for someone that fits the mold.

Costs are still being sorted out, but it will be in the mid-$300 per month + utilities range.
