3D Television
Happened to walk through the Sony store today. OMFG. Remember the first time you saw HDTV and how much better it was than regular? It is like that over HDTV. The salesman said that ESPN will start broadcasting the soccer in 3D. The picture is worth the silly glasses you have to wear. I'd imagine that the Blu-Rays will be expensive as well as the players.
As George Takai says...Oh My.Click. Point. Chute.

Maybe I can get eye surgery so that I can see in red/cyan and don't have to wear the dumb glasses. It seems like more often than not I'll be wearing the glasses in the near future.

Lame. I absolutely hate 3d movies. You have to wear the uncomfortable cheap glasses, and I get horrible headaches... fuck 3d! its going fuck up the eyes of the future generations.

I'm sure it's awesome. Though I don't watch TV much since they went hd. Or before hd, too.

I can't wait for the advertisements that make me even dizzier and come at me even faster and louder.
Seriously, try not watching TV for even a few week, then watch something, especially a sporting event (because of the types they usually run), with commercials.
I have ADD, try to get everything done at 1,000mph, play fps shooters, watch some programs commercial free online, watch tons of movies (including 3D), etc. etc., and I'm really physically bothered by commercials. I couldn't fucking imagine 3D ones. Well, I probably could: I could just spin myself around on my swirly chair for a few minutes.
Not to mention it's the same shit over and over again.
And sports suck.No longer stuck.

Surely you'll have to sit ridiculously close to the screen or buy a 60+" screen to get any sort of 3D effect, no?

I'd wait a while."I knew in an instant that the three dollars I had spent on wine would not go to waste."

I Tried some of these out at a shop. It was just tiring and if i had looked it for any longer than a minute, i'd probably end up with a headache.
