Past experience tells me that price is a bit steep to, especially if you have to refer to a calendar to even see if you have a room. Is this a venture to reduce costs for a group of people to enjoy the season or an attempt for you to pay for your lodging, pass, and expenses for the season?

Yep, a little steep to me to, but here is a free bump.

I likely have 3 spots for less than half what you are asking for the coming year... 4 bedroom house also near village. For that amount of cash I would think you guarantee your room for the year. Good luck.

The house they are staying at looked really nice, and is just 2 permanent residence with them offering up room 3 to two weekend warriors at $550 each to share. Was more than I wanted to pay, but a nice place and not a crowded setup.
If anyone has a spot in Mammoth for a dependable weekend warrior for 6-10 days a month, pls let me know.

I am a young woman with dogs (2 smallish) planning to move to Mammoth in the next few weeks to month from reno. Do you own a place and would like to trade rent for a delicious encounter a couple of times a month? We would meet outside of the home. I am interested in a years lease and do not wish to co-habitate. I am tall and voluptuous, sensual and sincere. Do not smoke or drug. thank you!

    SKI LEASE 2010-2011 SEASON

Continuing our great streak of awesome winters at Mammoth, we're putting together another SKI LEASE for the winter of 2010-11. It's been a great run, and we intend to keep it going! Most of our members are returning, but as people get married, have kids, and generally move on, we occasionally have spots open up. Maybe you're a good fit for our group?

The place is a beautiful condo in town with 3 bedrooms (one is technically a loft) and 2 baths. It's got beds for 8 and sleeps 10 if we pull out the couch, although I don't think we've ever had that many people there. We're walking distance to Vons and on the bus line and best of all, we now have a HOT TUB, POOL, SAUNA, and pellet stove (no more propane!) which we are excited about.

About the group: we're six professional guys and gals (or couples, as it were), late 20s through early 40s that live in Southern California and love to ski. We share the condo straight-up: no reservations, no "black-outs", no BS. We're friends and we share it as a group - simple. The lease lasts for the season (November-May), usually 6-9 months depending on how long we want to go. We're a quiet group and not the partying type, but love to chase storms and be on first chair. We're looking for someone that fits the mold.

The monthly rent is $375 + utilities and a damage deposit.

Get in touch if this seems to be a fit - we look forward to meeting you!

    Hi,

Want to make sure I understand the parameters.
$1100 a month (two people) but room is not guaranteed?

Hi! I was wondering if you are doing a similar lease for this winter. I just moved from NY to LA and am looking for a ski house share for March through end of season. Thanks!
