Subaru clutch replacement tips?
Getting ready to replace the clutch on a 2000 Outback. Anything else I should replace while I'm in there? Any tips? Thanks.

I've done it on a '97, don't know if there's any significant changes between 97 and 2000, but I had an easy time of it... Took me a whole sunday working slow... Change the rear main seal while you're in there, I also put in new front axles because my boots had been torn for a couple months...

Wooley, the fly wheel may be a two-piece fly wheel. I will be the first to admit I don't know much about cars, but when I had my clutch replaced the mechanic found that it was two-piece flywheel so he had to get that part. 2005 2.5 XT. Just FYI.
