Tecnica Agent 110 27 and 27.5 different shell sizes? (who has a 27?)
Just got some 27.5's - a touch bigger than I'd like. I know most boot manufacturers change shell sizes on the whole number - so in most cases, I'd think no point in trying the 27's, as over time the liners pack out to be about equal between 27/27.5 But, what's making me wonder is that I noticed on the bottom of the shell at about midsole it has stamped the number 275 (no decimal). Did Tecnica make different shells for half sizes? Why the "275"?
Anyone have some 27 Agent 110's? What does it say on the bottom of the boot? What's the bsl?I french kissed Kelly Kapowski.

I sent my 27s back because they were to big. I'm not 100% positive, but I think it was the 27.5 shell. I skied this boot before sending it back, and would recommend to demo or trying before buying. It was weird for me. Sloppy and canted way outward, which put me on my inside edge even adjusted. 34 years of skiing and never have experienced a boot like this.

The number at the bottom of the boot just represents the size of the boot once again, probably to keep the parts of the boot uniform to each size when it's put together. The boot sole length on the 27.0 will match the 27.5 because the shell size doesn't change between those two sizes, just the liner thickness changes. I would get to a shop that carries a size 26.5 and get shell fitted in both sizes to compare.

listen to the Cpt.
same shell, will pack out the same, if 27.5 is too big, 27.0 will be too big too. Get a 26 shell
