fork problems rock shox pike
Subject: 8 month old Rock Shox Pike 327 (special cheap version for specialized)
Symptoms: 140mm fork bottoms out dead at 90mm. It is a mechanical bottom out, not like having a spring that is too stiff. The only adjustments on the fork are travel and rebound. The stopping point remains the same even if I crank the travel down. My arms hurt from yesterdays travel-less ride.

Have you checked the oil level? Oil getting past seal into lowers?
Rock Shox is fast with warranty repairs.

agreed on checking oil level. The old "take it apart and put it back together without actually changing anything" has often worked for me in similar situations.
