Rock Art American Red, long trail double bag, otter creek oktober fest. Or just buy a few 12 pack samplers and see what you like.

I'm a fan of the single chair ale, although kinda tough to get your hands on when you live in PA. That's probably why I've amassed a large army of growlers for VT trips.
Also FYI: I bought a case of long trail last week (winter survival pack) and got two coupons for buy one get one half off lift tickets to about 15 different VT resorts.

Single Chair is a VT treat. My outlaws live up there and know enough to bring me a couple growlers each time they come down. Just sent 2 empties back with them last week, they shouldreturn filled just before Christmas.
Can't go wrong with Long Trail Ale.

Long Trail's Hefeweisen is stellar, very flavorful Hefe. Obviously the Hibernator and Ale from them as well. Used to really like the Pollenator, not sure if they still make that one. Hot summer days the BlackbearyWheat does the trick.
Agreed on the TR Rainbow Red, used to get it on tap all the time when I lived in Lyndonville. Grabbed it in bottles a year or two ago and it just wasn't the same. Got a sixer of the oatmeal stout too, not a fan. I seem to remember a Scotch Ale of theirs that was pretty good. Cheap growler Wednesday's was a lifesaver for a college student that didn't want to drink Keystone like all my friends.
I've found Otter Creek to be somewhat of a mixed bag, some of their's really hit the mark for me, others not so much. Can't really recall which ones right now though.
Not a true VT microbrew, but Harpoon has some solid offerings. their IPA is a classic, Winter Warmer is in a class of it's own and UFO is decent. If you dig fruit beers, the raspberry UFO is damn good.
And yes the white plates at Ommegang make some Belgians that make Belgium envious. (I'm a white plate too, so I can say that)

Long Trail ale is my budweiser. Rock Art Ridge Runner is yummy, packs a punch too.
Anyone else like the Magic Hat Wacko with beet juice? Doesn't really taste like beets, more of a summer beer tho.
Switchback sells like crazy in the bars around here. I haven't seen any bottled yet.To the Thingmajigger!

Grabbed a sixer over the summer because, well because it had a cool label and I hadn't heard of it. Poured it out into a glass, saw the color and said what the fuck. Tasted it and decided it wasn't bad at all. A little light for my taste buds, but not bad at all and certainly refreshing, would be a good golf beer.

I didn't think switchback was anything special. Some of the special Magic Hat and Alchemist brews though...

I'm failing everyone in this thread. It took 24 posts for someone to mention Wolaver's Oatmeal Stout? The finest easily found VT brew IMO. There's still hope, though, at least the Alchemist got a couple mentions.

Anything brewed by American Flatbread and most of what's brewed by McNeil's.
