    Post Your Polyasshat Quivers!!

    If you ski.

I use the m103s to run down hippies and librodouches. As you can see, I recently cannibalised the bindings from the m103s for the EHP 193s I just got, so if any of you chaps have a pair of 916s/997s for cheap please PM me or I may have nothing to kill LIbdopes with this winter. You wouldn't want that, would you?

    Post them pics!!

DPS Lotus 138s, 188 BRO Stiffs, Lhasa Pows, Line Mothership Prototypes (for running down wing-nuts), and some 210 Hart GS Racing skis with neon green bases (for re-imagining the Doug Coombs frozen waterfall scene when conditions are hard as f#ck). Two pairs have dynawhomper clamps and two pairs have solly clamps, and one pair with Markers. Pics may, or, may not be on the way.

I forgot to mention - pics are a must. Otherwise it's too easy for non-skiers to pull an Assbush.

I didn't get the Iceman sticker from Rontele, but I did get it from somebody who posts here quite a bit. Guess who?

Nick - yes there is a quiver pick thread already, but there are none on Polyasshat. I've noticed that almost all the guys who post here aren't in the other thread. Hence "if you ski". So post your quiver,JONG.

I won't even dignify my collection of crap by calling it a "quiver"... but I've got some CMH Volkl Exploders, Metron B5's, Nordica somethings to use for local ice days, and a Dukes board with Flow binders... I keep my old pair of 203 Rossignol FP Comp Equipes around just because they kicked my ass taking out my knee when I was 19 and causing an 18 year gap in my ski career... and either I'm still terrified of them, or haven't found a way to return the favor and blow them up in a suitably spectacular explosion rendering them into 1000's of tiny pieces somehow? (I'm not counting all the other gear I've bought for other 5 members of famdamily)

And I'm now suspicious that either Iceman IS Jer, or Jer is Iceman???

The blue carpet is pretty sick! From the looks of Jers boots and "quiver" the closest those get to being used is that sick smurf turf. Did Jer move to Boise?
Damn shame, throwing away a perfectly good white boy like that

Yeah - I noticed you neglected to post your quiver. Must be locked in Grampaw's safe right next to the fictional arsenal, huh? Kryptons are brand new, what you're getting at with the rest of your blather is beyond me. I suppose I should start crossing my tips and hacking up my top sheets by flailing down every run like you. Oh wait - you don't ski.

191 P4's...Soft in flex representing how I'm "soft on crime".

189 Seths...Made in China, representing how I support outsourcing american manufacturing.

192 Big Bro Blems....butt ugly no-graphic blems. Representing my function-over-form philosophy.

    umm...lessee....

180 Fatypus Alotta...Fat, sturdy, stable, likes to go fast....much like me.

176 Salomon 3S. WROD killer, representing my deep love for the WROD and all it stands for: (lift service, snowmaking...grooming, skiing in bounds etc etc)

198 Hart Javelin, Shaved tips, VIST plate, DIN 24's on stacks on top of plate. A little DH board for little DH runs, representing my midwestern values.

208 Black Smoke SG/Derbyflex, metal 957's on stacks. One of a kind big-sidecut 208 with low profile tip. Yet, compressed edges and filled coreshots show I may not always use the right tool for the job.

    This is my polyasshat quiver.

192 Big Bros. Super stiff. Carbon lay-up. Reverse camber. 916s.

And the shitty backup pair of 183 teledaddies that have five hundred plus days on them. 916s

My next purchase will be a second pair of big bros, same make up. Just not in the cards right now.

Two LL whitewater boats (gus and airhead)

    Ibis Mojo
    Felt single speed commuter.

Three surf boards and a NEW skim!

Older 250yz that barely runs and needs some tender love and care from me after it took a bad casing last week.

Thats all the quiver I need. Covers all of my bases.

Now I know why I don't see any of your quivers in the Tech Talk thread. Obviously none of you guys own a digital camera.

    195 Praxis Powder
    190 Volkl Gotomas
    185 Volkl Bridges
191 Lhasa's on the way to replace the goats

All mounted slightly to the left of center.

We've won it. It's going to get better now. You can sort of tell these things.

Here is entire quiver. Not much but gets the job done. I busted out the Trekkers too. Believe it or not, it so much better then hiking with stiff tele boots.

Skis are HB Bombers with Atomic 1018 bindings. (I have like 5 pair that I can mix and match parts.)

Boots are Atomic race boots with all retrofitted bolts in cuff etc.

Poles are Black Diamond circa 2002.

    ... and No Board.

Snow!!! Here’s a partial quiver photo taken earlier today during a quick back yard ski tune after a quick tour on the “groomed” skintrack then a few laps once the lifts started spinning. Yesterday, the lawn was bare, today, snow… plus, lots more in the mountains… soon: ski what you can see. Sweet-Baby-Jeebus, I love winter.

(yeah, phone cord leashes are lame, but I like them anyway)
