Intuition Liners and BD Methods -- Thoughts?

Curious for some feedback on Intuition Liners and Black Diamond Method or Factor boots.

Overall the Methods are sweet, they fit/ski/tour well. But I don't love the feel of the stock liners (Boa style) -- they seem thin and like they're diminishing, rather than optimizing, performance. I've never skied Intuitions, but I think I prefer wrap-style construction for AT vs. tongue (based on many days in old Scarpa's with thermo-fit liners).

So -- Intuitions will make the boots lighter. Will they, hypothesizing here, improve performance too? How's it worked out for you?

Much obliged for thoughts/speculation from anyone who's gone down this road with a Method or Factor. Also, which model Intuition (Alpine or Power Wrap models seem to be the leading candidates) did you go with? Shell size is 27.5 and Intuition recommends a 28. Sizing beta? Thanks.

It seems to me from your post that you already know what you want... 28 Power Wraps.

I would go with the alpine liner if you have larger than normal calves.

If you have the standard match-stick legs, then go with the power wrap.

I have Factors and I put the orange Intuition ID liners (the ones that come with the Dalbello Protons I think) in them. I like them much better than the stock liners. I used these as opposed to the Power Wraps because I had some bad luck with the old style power wraps (the ones with shiny black wrap material) and didn't realize they had changed them. Anyways, I definitely like the combo (except they are still heavy). I put 27 liners in my 26 shells. It seems to me that the cuff of the shells is sort of huge (with the stock liners I alsmost run out of room to buckle) and the thickness of the ID liners helps with that.

I just picked up a pair of 26.5 Methods. I'm going to replace the BOA with 7mm power wraps (size 9). Now, I just need to find a home for the BOAs
