    So sad.

I have a friend that lost a son to neuroblastoma 10-11 years ago. Max, sweet kid. I think about him when I drive by his dad's house with my son who is the same age Max would be had he survived.

Skeptical mags, Snopes confirms this story.

Consider it done. I'm just glad I can do ANYTHING to help someone in a situation like that. Thanks for the heads up.

Thanks for putting this out there Birdman.

Card going out today. Also ordered a book for Noah after seeing the news clip - "Painting Sunsets With the Angels" was a great comfort to my daughter Cori in her last days. I think about her and this book at sunrise and sunsets in the mountains.

Sorry for the semi-hijack. Cancer sucks donkey balls

I became aware of Noah through the network of other kids and families battling neuroblastoma. I had never heard of it until the 4 year old I nanny for in Stowe, VT was diagnosed in September. They moved their family of 5 (4 year old Christopher - Stage IV neuroblastoma, 2 year old Gillian and 5 month old Daniel) to Dedham, MA to be treated at Dana Farber Cancer Institute at Boston Children's Hospital. It is the most common cancer in children under 5 years.

I became a live-in nanny for the family and I cannot say how much every single card, letter, drawing or joke (send lots of jokes!) means to these kids and their parents. Christopher is only 4 but already a budding skier at Stowe mountain!

My card to Noah is on the way, and I hope everyone who sees this post will take a moment to do the same Hug your kids and love the ones you love!

... if this post and that video doesn't put a lump in your throat, turn your gut & move you to run down to Hallmark and send Noah a card ... you are not human and don't belong here!!

But, rather with the folks and wherever they post that chose to plant bombs and take innocent lives this past week. Get after it Mags!!! What a tough little young guy; kids are so awesome especially before and even after they figure out it is supposed to hurt ... alot.

Many cards, gifts and prayers coming your way from SLC and Western NC Noah!!

Another one coming from VT. I have a 1 year old son and can't even imagine having this happen to our family. My thoughts and prayers are with them all. Shit, the tears are flowing. So sad.
