    It's easy to be a critic and never give any constructive criticism.

    I'm not a web designer, but I had to build a basic website a few weeks ago for my design portfolio. I started with a free css template and manipulated it over a week or two as I learned more and continue to. I would find a free template you like and work on it little by little whilst keeping a working site up. Keep the title and meta tags the same so google can find you.

    I learned so much by fiddling with the template.

    as someone else said, you also really need your physical business address (even though you offer mobile services) to send signals for local search.

    Also signup for the local business listing services on Google, Bing & Yahoo. Put this info into Localeze as well.
