    Sticks for the grom?

I haven't been paying too much attention to what's out there, help me out.

My kid is 14 now, he'll be 15 in January. He's got a pair of 164 Bros and 159 Public Enemies. He's gotten way bigger since last year, grown like almost four inches and put on 25 pounds or more. He's almost 5'9" and he's like 155 now but with the way he's growing (and lifting and playing football) I wouldn't be surprised to see him at 165 this season. He's super strong and has been skiing since he was two. He can pretty much ski anywhere.

He basically likes steep deep and fast, maybe an occasional detour through the park to hit a booter but only occasional. He generally skis fast as hell and drops moderate stuff easily although he seems to prefer to keep his skis on the ground most of the time.

He could ski the Bros well last year but they were a bit of a handful. I think he's done with the PE's. I was thinking of something around 175 or so, or maybe this year he should just ski the Bro's. On the other hand getting him some fat 175's (or maybe longer?) that he can tour a bit on for the next couple of years sounds like a good idea too.

    Any ideas?

Those 164 bros ought to do him just fine this season. I'm hoping to head out to pm gear headquarters for a week or so of slave labor I think splat still has some 174's
The best news of all though is I just scored a snow reporter gig with ski utah that comes with a silver card. super stoked to be able to ski with you guys this winter and get yous to the hell out of sillytude and ski some other resorts.

I think we're blowing off Turkey day this year but I'm gonna try to get out before Xmas and then we're there for like 10 days at Xmas.

Cool news on the reporter gig.

He's usually a little more stylie than he is in that pic, peoples.

heh. Your little "grom" outleagues me in height and weight (and probably ability, too!)

Isn't he probably ready for man-planks instead of prepubescent-planks at this point...?

That's what I was thinking, but Skifishbum knows him as well as anyone so I dunno.

In order to help you out, I need to ask one question:

    Does he ski in jeans?

Hey I got a pair of 163 dp axioms that are 110 underfoot that I couldn't sell that I'll probably mount up with demo binders and put them into the wps demo fleet and for shindlers kids to use. Those would work good for those days when 99 underfoot isn't enough. I'm super stoked on that snow reporter gig it's not like I don't get up @ 5 am and putz around on the interweb anyway and a pass to every resort means there is no real need for me to work at a resort. Still need to line up some kind of gainful employment to keep the spancer happy but this opens a lot more options. If it dumps thanks giving you should try and make it out
