just a few runs on bonanza...didn't have much time, but going back tomorrow to poke around a bit more. Did you get to see what shop chutes/high trail trees are like? I figure there is still a lot of crap that needs to be covered up still.

Make sure you take your really fat skis. Snow was deep and I sunk with my 99 underfoot. Deep and (semi) light, and when I did get going it was awesome! Snowing when I got there and didn't stop.

I'd partner with you, if you weren't going so early. I'll probably be up there around 10am. I'll ask around for change. Would love to have a partner to attempt so other runs (conditions permitting of course).

OK, that'd be cool. If I don't meet up with Cruiser at 10am, I could always do a few mellow laps.

I thought I was sleeping in!

A friend of mine is gonna roll w/ me - so no worries... anybody else who is up early though, should definitely ask for change if you see the coombas.

To bad it's not still a ski area but it's good for those who are willing to hike for the stashes.

I'm planning on being there by 10. I drive a silver tacoma w/ camper and wear an orangish shell. I'd like to take a look at the steeper FP or HHH areas if I can find someone to travel with.

What area were you skiing in? Just curious if it is super bony everywhere, or if some of the lower angle you mention (grassy covered) are in better shape?

I had fun. Good meeting a few mags. Thanks for the skin track up the west side Ghost.

We did two short laps on Mainline. Floral was getting hit when I left. I assume we'll hear it was a little thin in there.

    Pics later maybe.

Rush, Lift Gully and Plunge were all still a disaster... probably needs another 2 feet. Just skinned up the west side and poked around and skied back down TST.
