    TR: It Begins

Monday Morning. A turbulent sunrise marks the beginning of five straight days of Wintry weather for Colorado's highcountry:

Late Friday Afternoon. SheRa and non-mag Teddy pick me up from the office. The planned scouting mission yields turns.

    The Line:

    Dusky Riding:

    SkiingisLife has some fun:

Saturday. Bluebird beyond belief. Teddy and non-mag Billy are in.

    Time to hike:

Ratchets click away. Bindings pop upon first step. Ahhhh, all is good.

    Million dollar smiles are had.

Sunday. Time for the real deal. SheRa leads the way to the holy land.

Puttin' in the work. It's September, and it's a no-fall zone.

Monday. Exhaustion sets in. Sunburns leave your skin tight and dry. Coffee doesn't quite do the trick. Inwardly content, externally wrecked.

I love the tiny black ant trail of a boot pack trailing off into the distance. Way to earn it, its what fall is all about!
Just ski down there and jump off something for crying out loud!

Wish I could have joined you.
I can't believe you are a rando racer because I look so much better in Lycra than you.

Yeah, that really sucks. Heading out Thurs again if you can manage it.

Brennan, which of those pics in the air are you and which are Billy?

This pic is my very, very fav:
Just because you caught Teddy being so very Teddy. Signature steeze. Funny to see it in the backcountry.
