    You couldn't have said it better. Living in the PNW at sea level is all about finding a reason why the rain in the winter is a good thing. When it's raining in Seattle it's dumping in the mountains, so bring on the rain!!

    tomorrow on the glacier could be soupy. looks like a lull in the storm wednesday morning to night. thursday looks like it could be DUMPING up there all day though. maybe friday or some time this weekend.

    depending on weather i will be heading up probably both saturday and sunday. Not sure where yet, but will probably bring my Husky with me as she loves the snow. Keep you posted

    exactly what its like in vancouver. 7*C tends to be the magic number. means snow on the local mtns if its anywhere below that in the city

    I do know my way around up there, but i dont think i will head up to baker today, perhaps tomorrow and definatly this weekend. I was just looking at the stevens cams and may head up there for a long lunch, hike into some of the higher runs and see if i can get a few turns in

    Ok i have decided, Looks like there will be a lull in the storm system and i will be heading up to Heliotrope in the morning to see whats up, If the weather is looking too sketch once on the mountain i will save for another day.
