Thread: What is it worth? '07 Specialized Enduro SL Expert

I'm thinking of selling my bike. What is a fair price? It's in good shape. Pretty much stock except for going tubeless with 2.5's front and back.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

i have the same bike and that is what it cost new.

I paid around $3200 for it new in 2007. I believe in 2008 the same bike was going for about $4200 new.

Really? Seems kinda of high to me.

When I sold my old bike, I was told I'd get half if I was lucky. It was a $1,600 bike. I sold it to a buddy for $800.00.

The thing with used is, you just never know how hard it was ridden. If it got pounded and/or had tons of miles on it it's just not worth it.

Look for similar bikes for sale. I think you'll find they'll be around $1,500.

That's what I tell people, regardless of condition as soon as your bike touches dirt its worth less than 1/2 retail.

I sold an 06' Enduro frame in good shape this spring for $500 for some reference.
