    WWMD? Mongoose to Cannondale

I have a Cannondale M1000 frame from 93 that mated with a Mongoose. I've gotten all of the stock Mongoose parts weeded out except for the wheels. My current fork I'm running until I buy a new one is set up and running a disc. However, the C-dale frame does not support a rear disc set up. So as of right now I'm running front disc, rear linear brakes. That brings me to my question. The wheels I have now are crap. When I upgrade wheelsets, should I consider running linear brakes both front and rear, or keep the disc up front?

Option B: Buy the disc compatible wheelset and buy the disc brake conversion kit from Brake Therapy for $150 and run front and rear disc?

    front disc, rear V.

you get most of your stopping power from the front anyways.
If you want a full disc bike, go buy one, not worth adding parts and making a frankien bike.

Cool, that makes me feel much better about the Avid Juicy 7 Hyrdaulic set up that's on it's way from a friend of mine. I shall also upgrade the crappy rear mongoose promax set up that's on the rear.
