What a great way to start the season, and end the first episode. Holy shit!

It's leaked and ready to watch on a torrent site near you. Awesome viewing. I wish I hadn't watched it though as waiting for episode 2 is tough.

lithgow is fucking rad.

the new season is looking good with lithgow. he's pretty creepy from the get-go. i'm kinda sick of the family scene tho. dex needs to take a mancation to vegas. hookers and blow!

I've never really liked Rita, mostly because she's such a piss-poor actress. Now, she's got fake tits and seemingly some face work to go with her excessive face-time on the show. Otherwise, this looks to be a good season overall. It would be cool if they had the balls to off major characters, Sopranos style. Maybe they do?

again with the cliff hanger! Fuck! Who was it? Random? The trinity killer. Her boyfriend? Was that a gun that he made him finger? Crazy shit. What a great show.

Still the best show on tv. Seems like this is another great season

i'm finding all this interpersonal relationship drama boring. the lieutenant may be the least believable TV character ever. she is awful. who gives a fuck that she is banging the detective? its like a soap opera. dexter should be offing one bad guy a week. that would be good to watch.

Yeah, I think Dexter will do him in. I had thought that Lithgow was just too "typed cast" for this role, but he is pulling it off well.

Dexter is also a psychopathic dude with no conscience. He should have let Trinity's daughter blow him.

Thats a very good point.

Yeah, he felt bad about murdering an "innocent" for all of a few minutes. Definitely not much of a conscience. But, he does seem to show remorse when he fails to kill someone and someone else suffers because of his failure to act.

By lovebirds, I meant the sgt and the lt. That whole I love you maria blah blah blah blah blah scene had me gagging. Really hoping it's the setup for some tragic ending. Hopefully one involving lots of blood.

Another great episode tonight. The show is killer. Did anyone happen to notice who directed the show tonight? It was Keith Gordon, is it the same one who was Rodney Dangerfields kid in "Back to School"?

Agreed, the relationship between the sgt and lt is miserable. I space out for all of those scenes.

I just starting watching the show this season with no real background. It is interesting to pick up midway. I dont know about the sister, I assume her relationship with the FBI guy Lundy was a big point in seasons past.

Any big points I should know about season 1-3 before the last few episodes?
