    Halp: ARG mount

I'm 130 lbs and don't ski backwards. Mount on the -7 line and good to go?

    ps - yes, I searched.

i think factory recommended is -5 and the fact line is whre I mounted both pairs. Very centered and ride great.
I need to go to Utah.
    Utah?
Yeah, Utah. It's wedged in between Wyoming and Nevada. You've seen pictures of it, right?

Just make sure you measure from the tail,my topsheets were different by almost 2cm.

I skied a pair that was mounted right on the line and they were great.

But definitely measure the distance from the tail though. My arv's topsheets are about 1cm off and the arg's topsheet that I rode was about 1.5 cm off.

Agreed on this. Mine were also a bit off. I mounted 86.5cm from the tail. which I believe is 1cm back of suggested. At your weight, suggested will work just fine. I was still able to dive the tips (and might have gone an extra 1cm back), but I've got almost 50lbs on you. My solution ended up being a longer ski.

Thanks guys. There are two lines marked on mine, -5 and -7 (if I remember correctly).

I'm new to this, so let me ask if my assumption is correct:

I should measure the actual length of the ski to find true center, and then from true center I measure back 7cm's towards the tail to check accuracy of the factory -7 mark?

    That's correct.

Mounted mine at -5, couldn't be happier.
