I often warm up my glasses with my hands for about 5 minutes before drinking if the beer is too cold.
Try setting it in a quarter filled pitcher of warmish water. All the old germans do this when beer is to cold.

Coronado Brewing Co are the local guys in town and they are making some really good IPA's. Filled up a few growlers for Turkey Day. Stingray Point IPA for me, Scotch on the Rocks and Orange Avenue for my girls and the all kinds of great red wine to drink with my step dad over dinner. Have a great Turkey Day you Maggots.

Had a great time in San Diego last week: thanks for all the recommendations! Had a chance to hit up Stone in Escondido - did their tour which was pretty basic but the sampling was fun after, and their bier garden is awesome - followed by Alesmith. Had their Imperial Red called Yulesmith which was fantastic as well as their Speedway Stout with Vietnamese Coffee aged in Bourbon Barrels, very rich but amazing. Also had their IPA but wasn't impressed at all. Next day did Alpine Brewing which was great, pic l of flight follows. I loved their Nelson. Thanks again for the tips! Oh, and is anyone on "untappd"? If so, look me up under "tfcfool" curious to see what other mags are drinking.

I love untappd. Double edged sword though, it is a visible reminder of consumption volume/frequency. I find myself only logging in when I try a new beer, or come back to a favorite.

Checking out a few Terrapin beers while I'm down south. Really nice Rye ipa with Mosaic Hops. Also the Hopsecutioner does not disappoint.

10 barrels apocalypse 10 IPA is pretty tasty. Cooked my turkey in a broth of it yesterday and then made the gravy out of it. Shit is delicious and is going to be a great gravy for the biscuits and gravy I make for myself and lady tomorrow.

    Wow

Pregnant ladies get everything they want. Nice when they give you something like that.

    Keep her. And the baby.

    Mazeltov!

Any chance you can share your source for HT recipe?

New Glarus Scream IPA is killing it for me right now. Best WI IPA I've had.
