Price police? 1998 Santa Cruz Heckler
I'm outta the UK soon and that means it's time to leave the ol' gal behind.
1998 Santa Cruz Heckler with two beat wheelsets, two seatposts, one saddle, two sets of pedals, and a smorgasbord of components. The bike is totally ride-able but I'm guessing anyone interested will only be interested in the frame.
How much is this thing worth? £50? £100? £200? More? Less?

Some folks are very interested in the early generations of the Heckler and Tazmon (pre-Heckler XC geometry), so they tend to keep some good value, especially if in good condition.
For instance, I bought a 96 Tazmon frame in 1999 for $400 from mtbr classifieds and ended up selling the same frame in 2006 for $400 on Ebay. If the Heckler's in good condition, I would see it easily going for that."A local is just a dirtbag who can't get his shit together enough to travel."

Heh, I've got a tazmon (1993, serial number 184) frame in the rafters of my garage, though I wouldn't call it in good condition.
