Sprint races at my bar
So last night we had a 42º Below Vodka promotion. I guess they are sponsoring some road race and they teamed up with this other company to setup sprint races at the bar last night. It was fun to watch. Some of these guys were crazy fast.
I'm not sure of the logistics of this but these were fixed gear bikes and the far guy hit 52 MPH according to the video display. I don't know if the speed was calibrated correctly but that seems awful fast...
PS for the Boston mags... they will be back next Monday from 9PM-11PM if you want to see or participate in this silliness. Plus you get to make fun of hipsters while you are there and get some free samples of 42º Below.
