    What skis for SA?

I'm going to Portillo this august and I'm wonder what I should bring. I know the snow is usually good but not always. So I'm think something along the lines of an all mountain fat maybe slightly rockered ski? What skis did you bring? I am thinking of bringing my obsetheds or my motherships.

sounds like you got the right idea, I always thought something thats around 105 under foot with a little rocker would do great. are you doing any touring or all alpine? between the obsetheds and the moships I'd do the moships a stiffer plank will be nice if its manky

I was there the end of August last year and saw everything from chopped up mank at 50 degrees, frozen chopped up mank to thigh deep Pow. Be ready for anything, including the parties.

My 187 XXLs do everything well. You could go with something like that, or maybe a Goliath, Katana, Mothership, etc, depending on taste.
