the girl was at here fifth session ever
The thing that I wanted to show is that in 3 run she stayed almost 5 min on her feet. think about the progression. She can ride 20 min for being an hour in the water and she's a newbie

interesting. Would be pretty fun to be able to go for a nice long mellow ride like that.
I wish the camera had panned out a bit to get a different perspective as well. Could have made for some good footage.
Still fun to check out. What kind of board is she on? Seems like she's on a longish short board, or am I wrong? Wouldn't a longer board be a better choice for that?“Within this furnace of fear, my passion for life burns fiercely. I have consumed all evil. I have overcome my doubt. I am the fire.”

there is a river wave here in switzerland outside zurich. i've been there a few times, and on a sunny summer day can be fun as hell. it only brakes about a meter high, but that's all you really need for some landlocked surf stoke. it breaks next to an island in the middle of the river. when you fall off or finish, you paddle back next to the island where its calmer, and then paddle back up to the takeoff spot. on a busy day, there may be three surfers there and 6 kayakers. after a 6 hour day of constant rotation, it's a great workout.
i heard recently that they are building a commercial standing wave in zurich, on the river there. that could be interesting.
