I'm in costa rica and I could use some help...
What's up? So, i'm in playa flamingo for 3 weeks. I want to surf. I've been surfing on a long board and a short board a few times. So, i'm still a beginner but want to use a 6'5" - 7" on some waist to head high waves.
Can some of you guys give me some ideas of places to rent a board and places to go?
Anything will help!
Thanks
d

What are we looking like to you? Vacation planners? For you very simple plan. Five steps.
1. You are at beach, good.
2. Ask there where you go get surfboard. Say "tabla" and "gracias"
3. Go get board, come back.
4. Find spot with waves. Try to surf them.
5. Keep trying.
6. Try some more.
7. Go home.You've been warned....

Look, i was looking for some insight down here. No kidding there are beaches but the surf is different down here from what i found out today. Surfed grande today and jesus christ, the swells are just starting. I have to give some big props to the surfers that were hitting the main break. Fucking aye! But thanks everyone for your help. The swell is going to be here until sunday.... Have fun where ever you are, just remember, you're not here.....
