help me stitch a sequence
here is what i have:

The camera did shift slightly between shots, so that complicates things. Right now i am just layering each photo on top of each other, lining them up, then altering the transparency.
What should be doing to make it so the subject does not look like a ghost?

post the originals and i can stitch it for you with hugin.

i've cropped it to fit. pm me your email address if you want me to send you the unstitched (but remapped) .tif files so you can compose them yourself in photochop.

i uploaded a different version: the poles were gone in the second frame because i layered it incorrectly.
