Adjusting forward pressure on Fritschi FR+
I'm sure this has been covered here before, especially since I seem to remember reading about it here, but search function yields no satisfaction.
I've heard (read in tech talk maybe?) that you're not supposed to adjust forward pressure on Fritschis with the boots in the bindings, as this can strip the screw.
But over on wildsnow.com, Lou says to adjust forward pressure screw with boots in bindings.
Is Lou wrong, or have I been making life more difficult than it needs to be?

I've always adjusted it with the boots in, everyone I know adjusts with the boots in. never heard of stripping issues.

I do it w/ the boots in, haven't stripped it yet.
I also hook the negative directly to the battery when I jumpstart cars though.

I've always done boot in on my freerides as well as all other bindings. I don't see how you could accurately adjust it with the boots out. It would be a guess and check system. Far less efficient.

Guess and check is gona be alot faster than fixing something you stripped but the real question is how does it feel ,if any screw feels like its binding stop and think about what yer doing
At demo day the lads were using power drills to make things a little quicker/easier on the hands but they asked me to step out while they did so

Boot in, adjust, then eject and put the boot in again to check.
