dolica tripods - anyone tried 'em?

At risk of knowing the answers I'm going to get...

Came across this today when doing a search for some affordable tripods to replace my Christmas from the fam $19 special.

Anybody tried one before? Doesn't look that bad, and reviews seem ok...
Be careful about buying snowboard goggles for skiing. Snowboard goggles come in right eye and left eye (for goofy-footers) dominant models. This can make it hard to see correctly when skiing because you are facing straight down the hill, not sideways.

$40 bones and free ship, I think I'll just and be the TGR test case for everyone looking for a cheap tripod.
