This is a stupid question....
The live chat is USELESS and they haven't emailed me back in over a week
does Sierra ski mount the skis if you purchased bindings too? OR just send you both????

I can't be 100% sure of what the hell you're talking about, but if you bought skis and bindings online, you are very likely to receive skis and bindings in the mail, not skis mounted with bindings.

Sorry about the lack of communication on the site, I have been a little overwhelmed at the shop(I have to deal with warranty, shop work, boot fitting, etc + the website). Like others have mentioned giving us a call at the shop is still one of the most effective ways to get in contact with us ASAP.
As for your question we don't mount product before shipping. We like to have your boots in hand so that we can test and verify that everything will be working properly.
