Besides Photoshop what else is there?
I want photoshop but I'm choking on the pricetag any cheaper alternatives? Need resizing images and basic touch up abilities
For sure, you have to be lost to find a place that can't be found, elseways everyone would know where it was

Photoshop Elements 2.0 by Adobe. The cheap, bare bones edition of Photoshop. Around $75-90

this graphic design professional says go for photoshop elements. they got it at costco for PC's.
or there is always limewire, but you didn't hear that from me.
