    First day out on water

    I think I'll going to like it but was surprized to how much there is to it and how similair it is to skiing. Fit of your kayak compared to fit of ski boot, edges etc.

    Being taught by daughter which is neat in its self. I think she's loving it seeing me struggle.

    The boating is definitely addictive and has a lot of similarity to skiing. Picking lines, driving the body forward, carving, etc...

    I just started this summer so I'm still the kayaking knob but it's been a blast. Great diversion from mtn. biking when the snow isn't around.
