Taken
Just watched it. Pretty good action flick. It's maybe a little predictable, but Liam Neeson is a total badass and the action sequences are well done. I recommend it.
ps Sorry if there's already a thread on this. I tried searching, but "taken" is to common evidently.

Haven't seen this yet, but have been stoked since I saw the preview for the first time. Liam Neeson is definitely a total badass, it's nice to see him get a lead role.

I was super pissed at Lucas for killing off Qui Gon in one short movie.
He was bay far the coolest Jedi ever.
Same thing for Darth Maul. Coolest Sith ever.

This movie was total cheeze whiz. Might as well have been Vin Deisel playing neeson's role.

Saw Taken last night. It was good.
Neeson's character is a no nonsense badass who doesn't care about anything but getting his daughter back. There are several non-good guy moments that you don't see very often in movies. The crowd in the theater started clapping when the credits rolled. It was a very satisfying movie.it's all young and fun and skiing and then one day you login and it's relationship advice, gomer glacier tours and geezers.
