Wow, for some crazy reason I don't think I've ever watched that. Hjorliefson has always been top notch, but that may have been one of the best segments I've ever seen. Guy is just plain fun to watch.

it's all young and fun and skiing and then one day you login and it's relationship advice, gomer glacier tours and geezers.

That is seriously out of hand......just unbelievable.

So, I am guessing those are the 186 style EHPs (be it original or maybe the new 193 size, but still spatula ski). I read where EH said, he thought his segments on the 186 look cleaner, so that is why they switched all the skis. (and I have the old 193s, which explains why I cant ski pillows like that )

After watching again I think the bottom line is this: he just looks like he is having more fun than any of the other skiers. It is just so frickin causal it looks like a blast (where some skiers make it look more intense).

Obviously sticking all those airs is amazing, but one thing that blew my mind was a few of those smear turns. About 1-2 min in, he slashes a skiers left turn that blew my mind. It is way beyond a 666 hand drag, but he throw it down with such ease, and just continues right along......SICKNESS>

    That was fun.
People should learn endurance; they should learn to endure the discomforts of heat and cold, hunger and thirst; they should learn to be patient when receiving abuse and scorn; for it is the practice of endurance that quenches the fire of worldly passions which is burning up their bodies.

By the way, that seg was edited by Hoji himself. Unfortunately an MSP movie can't devote 8+ minutes to one person, even if he has worthy footage all the way through. This edit was a way to let the rest be seen.

I know you've got your sponsors and their athletes to get to but honestly.....if that same athlete can constitute more badass footage that contributes to the flick, you should do that.

You could always release the editor's cut in the extras and then the dipshit short attention span extremo shot only version as the main one.

And yes I have a man crush on hjorlifffsssssssun and mark abma. I mean can you imagine the man braids those two could form together with those manes? Especially with colby skiing alongside them with a camera duct taped to him.

Musics by Lemon Jelly, song is Homage to Patagonia. On the Lemonjelly.KY album.

And that segment is how I ski when I'm dreaming. Perfect, floaty 80 footers; 360s off windlips, sick pillows. Damn, he is fun to watch.

If you were a mountain, being skied by Hoji would be like a sexual experience.

How did I miss this one? That is the coolest skiing I've ever seen in my life.
