This was posted almost a year ago, and I just heard this rumour again today. Supposedly their website is going to go up on oct 1st. I really wonder if these companies realize how small of a market twin tip skis are.

Excellent Bananarama reference, Punani.
There was a small article in the most recent Backcountry Magazine about Prior's entry into the ski industry. They say they are making skis "for Whistler terrain" or something like that. I couldn't find the article on line.So I got that goin' for me...which is nice.

Ski guide in this month's Ski Canada has a photo and some info about the Prior lineup. Also has some interesting information about "fringe" ski companies. See http://www.firsttracksonline.com/new...948852291.shtm

I wonder if Prior is making skis for G3 too… they have a “big surprise” for this winter.

Not a rumor…it’s a fact.
I spoke to Dean at Prior yesterday about splitboards and also asked how the skis were coming. I also told him there were some folks here interested in them. He was stoked.
I’m not a downhill skier (only uphill) so I didn’t ask much about the ski construction or intended uses.
He also confirmed the ski site launches in the next few days.
Their splitboards are nice so I’m sure the skis will be as well.
