    Boot Footbeds

So I have high arches and the superfeet just don't give the support i need. i went into surefoot yesterday and their mapping process sounds good, but the insoles cost $215. so i have some questions 1) anyone try/use these? if so what do you think of them, and are they worth the $$$ 2) if you haven't, what do you use/suggest as a good alternative?

for right now i am going to use the superfeet and try to add some arch support, but i don't know if i am that crafty to get it to be what i need.

a full custom will fit you best (what surefoot sells)

solethotic is "off the rack" footbed (like superfoot) but has more arch to start with.

see a smaller, local bootfitter for mroe options too.

I would try something like this ...40$

edit:I been using them in my ski boots and there isnt much difference between them and a custom 340$ orthotic,If I didnt get the orthotics on extended health I woul;d just buy the soles

I use these (sole) and like them; plus, they are much cheaper than moldable superfoot insoles, are available in different thicknesses, and can be molded too:

REI sells them if you want to see for yourself rather than ordering online.

Sof Sole's heat moldable (sold at Dicks Sporting Goods) insert has a nice high arch. Helped my Plantar Fasciitis (before I tore it).
