12-29 Stevens Pass backside cell stokie you like? you look!
it was deep, it was opening day on the backside, mi compadres were there and all I had was a cell phone camera and a 1/2 a pack of smokes.

You guys have any wind at Stevens? I was just about gripped riding chair 2 this afternoon in 70+ wind gusts right at the top. Blowing in pure butter on Nash though.

oh there was wind allright... snowing and blowing all day - skiing through the trees while they shed their entire snow load on you is not recommended if you want to see where you're skiing. shouting distance was too far to keep contact.
So...Nash was open today eh? it looks like 7-8 more and calming winds for tonight.
will it be good tomorrow at Aply?

Nice pics Sq99. Hard to shoot when it's snowing and blowing and blowery.
looks like 4" so far on the deck right now since 5pm, still coming down but pretty fine/light right now. Prolly 8+ during the day today but with the wind it was seriously surfy snow and fun.

Wish I could have skied that shit on Sunday when I was there. Actually, the front-side was pretty sick that day so I'm ok they held off on the backside opening for you guys to slay.

Hey for my birthday (tomorrow) my doctor cleared me for skiing so Im fucking going up. I really really want to go to stevens but I have no pass yet and I have a shiny alpy pass right here.
So who is going up where. Can any mags get me a comp ticket to stevens (i'm pretty sure I could pull one but I don't want to bet a lift ticket on it)? anybody going to alpy, gates open?
Also I got a new phone so I have no numbers.

the lower bc opened today at Alpy around 11. it got skiid/slid out pretty quick but it was good up on Nash even after it was cut up... I'll keep an eye out for you tomorrow up there.
