Just once in a while right now. It's heavy and takes up a ton of space, plus I suck at mountain biking so I'm usually worried I'll land on it when I crash.
That being said I'm a firm believer in always taking the SLR with me everywhere I go. What's the point in owning one otherwise?

And these two I think I over did it on the HDR, but ehh, I like em.

I like the first HDR one. The second I can really see the HDR effect on the lower right side, in the grass and rocks.
I really like the shot of the crab pot & boat, as well as the one of the lights reflecting across the water.

I like the angles of that shot, and the multi-focal point of the car, the color of the garage and the streetlight. But the dark windows on the left of the building do nothing for the picture. But the neon violet around the close windows seems to ADD to the picture, so I left that in. I think it looks far better in a photographic manner, by cropping as below:

NOTE:
At first I just was going to upload from my computer, but it just turned into a tiny little useless pic, so I "imgur"ed it. I hope you don't mind. I can send you a deletion link for the pic via a PM if you'd like it deleted from imgur, but it's not in a publicly searchable mode anyway.
EDIT:
I just now saw your Golden Gate Bridge photo.....it was beautiful !! Nice work.

So you take an image someone watermarked, cropped out the watermark and hosted it on another site?
What a fucking douchebag. Poor, poor form. How about next time you give your feedback and not fuck with someone elses photo, especially if watermarked.

I think I'll leave out the relevant swear words, as when dealing with your posts they are pretty much implicit. You fucking dickhead!! Oops, that slipped out accidently.
Do you honestly believe I cropped the photo to remove a watermark that I didn't see until just now? If you do, then you are pretty clueless.
My post had nothing but good intentions and constructive analysis. Yours, however, was filled with douchebaggery to your usual high (low, really) standards.
When speaking about such elements as framing and cropping, it is FAR easier to illustrate a point graphically. That is the whole of what I was trying to do. As I had mentioned, I first tried to upload simply from my computer, but when that only resulted in a fairly useless too small pic, only then did I upload it to a NON-public imgur. And also copied the imgur deletion link in case the OP desired it deleted. The only way to see that photo is with that above link, besides on this thread. I had no other intent but to illustrate the said cropping possibility. And I didn't see the very small watermark until now. What do you think? That I uploaded it to some PUBLIC site and called it my own or use it for monetary gain??? (More swear words that apply to you are on the tip of my tongue.).
I used to think that your being a complete a$&hole was just play acting, however now I believe that it truly is a large part of your character. Thanks for enlightening me on that fact.

thanks advres,
I have to agree that taking photos and editing them without consent isn't a reasonable action.
I do think your edit is good, and I appreciate your point of view.
That photo likely wouldn't make a show, but only a few that get posted in this thread do. Many are taken while drinking beer...
Speaking of drinking the beer...

dope gang by chadbro, on Flickr
That's the disco from Evil Twin in the glass...
An IPA, from the twin brother of Mikkellers, an IPA aged in chardonnay barrels. It's very nice, though I brought it home for the wife...
During this time she was putting the baby down for the night. Not long after handing her this beer, I cracked open one of the dogfish head 120's.
So, I'm rad.

I should say I'm sorry for any lack of scruples...there was no ill intent, but I'm sorry for any trespass.
I have just now looked at your website (haven't seen your photostream yet). The photos spooling on your website are all compositionally excellent and very artistic. You have a great eye for composition!
May I ask what camera you are using? I'm in the market for an old Canon 1D, because I think they are the digital derivative of my bullet-proof Canon F-1. But I may be wrong.
That Dogfish Head IPA looks mighty tasty !!! 120 Minute? I take it there's a story behind that name! And that stuff in the glass, Evil Twin?. looks like great happy juice and aptly named.
Also...I kept the deletion link for that photo, so if you want me to delete it, just let me known and I quickly will. It isn't really visible to anyone not using the above link.

Finally almost done processing photos from a 7 day trek in the Pasayten Wilderness.
Here's one I particularly like. It's a 2 frame stitch. I know the bright element in the upper left is distracting, I'll deal with it. Any other thoughts?

Lake, Monument & Blackcap mountains from the parklands below Pass Butte. Pasayten Wilderness, WA 08/06/2012
If you want to see it full-screen and are using Firefox, right-click on it and choose "view image," it's 1920 pixels wide but Firefox will size it to your browser window. I don't know why Internet Explorer doesn't have an option like that...
EDIT: Here it is cropped from the left some more, I think that's better though it looks more crowded on that side now.

It was a couple that was probably around fifty years old or so coming back from an overnight at Slide Lake. We did it on a day hike. Big day for us since I have to haul my two year old girl up in a backpack in order to make any time at all but well worth it. Without assistance an overnight would be pretty difficult for us at this point. We do overnights around here in the canoe. I'm sure the trails around Green Lakes are busy at the beginning and end of the week but midweek nobody is around.
These are more appropriate for Facebook but Slide Lake is a mind blowing dayhike.

Nice shots. Probably not my friends, would have been a couple in their late 20s with climbing gear.

I had such high hopes for this shoot. Sometimes I just want to smash my camera with a sledge hammer because I suck so bad. MEH.
