    factor forward lean adjustment:WTF?

i 'm on the road so didn't manage to use the search/interwbz properly..sry..

in short tried to ski the boot today and cuffs are like totally erect and shoves you in the back seat.

I didn't get the manual with the boots and I literally tore the boots to pieces trying to figure how to add some more lean to them.the construction is just a such pità that you only have one hole in the walk&ski rail .
and the +/norm/- adjustment doesn't do shit.

hopefully I am missing something here...

is drilling one hole to the ski/walk bar the only thing I can do or what?

when trying to ski erect like a cock after a bowl of viagra. uncool.

doont you just loosen the 2 screws that hold on the tour\ski mode lever and slide it where you want?

maybe your boots are f'd or something, because the forward lean on the ones ive tried on felt good\normal\average

more than a solly xwave and less than a lange 120

noup. the plastic thingy doesn't have any tolerance set in it.I can loose the screws, take the mechanism off but the ribboned plastic thing goes only to it's one position: the middle one. if I try to set it up to either + or -,I just can't get the screws lined in to attach the lever.

should I try to put it in its position, and do some magic movements to get it seated?

tried some but maybe not enough?

    http://www.skibdboots.com/

click boot technology at the top
    click access
    click forward lean
    watch the video

    remove the 2 screws
    remove the lever
    remove the plate
    reposition the plate
reinstall the lever with the 2 screws

After you remove the walk/ski switch assembly, move the cuff so that the hole is where you want it for the "more forward lean" position.

Also, I found it much easier to switch forward lean positions if the boot was in ski mode than in walk mode.

after 5 tries i finally managed that...
the damn screw plate just wouldnt line up with the screw holes untill i used some screwdriver to nudge it to its place..
