FS: brand new rockered 189 Surface Live Life 2.... $425 shipped

I have a handful of pairs of 08/09 rockered Surface Live Life 2's. They were pressed with the Live Life 1 graphic(the better graphic) and cannot be sold to shops or normal customers for this reason. I'll hook you guys up with a pair for $425 shipped. Cheaper for Utah locals that can pick them up from my house. A pretty good deal if you ask me.

They are this graphic, but are flat underfoot with the equally rockered tip and tail. Dimensions are 140/112/132. See www.surfaceskis.com for more information.

    They're very lightweight.

They are definitely stiffer than Hellbents and softer than the Obsethed if you know K2's. A solid medium flex.

Checked these out today, they're pretty sweet!
Nice medium flex and great construction.
If we can get some SLC buyers togeather we might be able to get a volume discount.

Those have a very abrubt rocker in the tail and the tip.

    Never seen skis like that.

how do they do on harder stuff?

I can't find any reviews on these, what skis are they similar to? and could they be used as an everyday ski?

I skied Hellbents pretty much everyday last year. I thought they were the best ski ever, but in all honesty these blow them out of the water for all-mountain conditions. I think a lot of it has to do with the stiffer flex. There is no tip and tail flop/slop with these. I was worried at first that there might be a weird contact point where the abrupt rocker starts, but nothing. The three stage rocker is flat underfoot, with an 8 degree roll into the tip and tail where there is another flat spot, and then a mellow tip and tail curve after that.

They're definitely shorter than the 195 bents. Probably right between the 179(185) and 189.
