Thread: Dynastar Contact Phone Number

I'm looking for a contact phone number for Dynastar so i can try to order some binding pieces. All i could find on the website was a fax number and email address.

I have a pair of Dynastar PX18's. I am missing 4 screws but more importantly 2 of the metal (kind of u-shaped) clips that the heel piece screws go through.

go through you local shop that deals with dynastar or email them. shop option is better though as they have an account with dynastar/look/lange and will be able to place an order for the pieces you need- or they may even have the screws in stock.

even screws have to go through the same order processing as buckles, afds etc. and all cost a bit of money.

pointless reiteration- try your local shop first and then try dynastar via email if they and your secondary shop are unable to help you.

Call the Rossignol Warranty/repair dept (same company with Rossi, Dynastar, Lange, Look, Kerma) at 435-252-3300 and pick the right extension.

last time I called every part, including screws and other gizmos were inventoried, so they can get some for you and ship them out for a nice price...

Do what Ira says. I frequently call that number, and Nick in the Service Dept has always been good to me.
