    Styles P - "Gangster Gangster"

I don't usually go in for the gangsta rap verite, but this here joint from Styles P (and the rest of his Lox homeboys) is just sweetness incarnate.

The rubberband bassline and rolling piano is pretty nice making this the kind of beat that just about any solid MC could kill viciously and the D-Block cats do a pretty solid job all around.

Found myself bumping this on the way to Mammoth last weekend early in the morning on 395. had it locked on repeat for about 45 minutes.

    Nice.
    Reeeeeally similar groove:

    hmmmm.

they sounded somewhat similar at the outset but then you can hear that the Jigga joint is Rick James "Superfreak" tweaked.

I don't know what the Styles P joint is...but i'm pretty sure it ain't "Superfreak."
