Lets build a kicker on that sunny knoll, its perfect.

Jong8er - no need to tell us there's danger, we know it, although we'll ignore it in the stoke of the moment.

More stoke. Here are a few of adimmen from Sunday:

'Twas fun. It got a little heavy as it warmed up in the afternoon, and most sunny spots probably have a nasty crust now.

That's a sweet carve. HfT, you're looking like killclimbz when you're all geared up. What jacket is that? Something happened to my old blue shell, I need to replace. I like blue.

Yeah, it's been really nice, those glades have been skiing well. I was up there yesterday and saw a Cherokee with CAIC and TGR stickers, I assume that is someone that hangs around here.

Today was great. Should be leftovers for tomorrow. We'll be there at 8:30 tomorrow. Silver Touareg, 2 sets of Bros, real douchey-looking.

I was up on Sunday for a few hours, everything is nice and soft in the glades across from LL Valley.

Was up today. Skied the NE/E facing trees on Trelease. E facing was better, more consistent snow. About 4-6" of soft windbuff over a dense smooth base made for really nice skiing.

I thought about this before participating in this thread. But I agree with Summit, it's not like it was a secret stash - the trailhead is 20 feet from the interstate. Also, on Sunday I saw one other party and on Friday I saw nobody. This thread isn't exactly causing an infestation.

I'd say less than 1% of the total skiing population will actually hike/skin for turns. Add full winter conditions and the number reduces even more. Thumbing on the other hand probably rests in the 20% range. I think Dry Gulch is safe.
