FS: K2 Pabst Brewskis --PBR-- Brand new unmounted --Rare--limited graphic--
The Story: I won these skis in a sales competition at my shop last year and i was planning on mounting them and skiing them this year but i decided that i should probably pay off my debt and figured this was a good way to make a little cash to pay off that car. So i thought that i would try to see what i could get on here because i would always rather see these skis go to the kind home of a fellow skier and if theres not much interest they will be visiting ebay shortly.
They Are: ESSENTIALLY Maiden AK's with a different; very unique, smooth, crisp, hoppy taste....i mean graphic. Dimensions are around (130/110/120) i believe. 179 cm in length (note that k2 measures their skis differently and they are actually a bit longer). SIDENOTE, only 250 pairs of skis with the PBR graphic have ever been pressed. (hence limited)
I Want: NO LOWBALL OFFERS, it pains me to see these skis go so dont hurt my ego anymore then it already has been. Also sorry im not looking for any trades like i said before i need to pay off that debt, and more skis/clothes wont do that for me.
Maidens without this unique graphic retailed at well over $800.00 just for reference.
PM all offeres, thanks.
On the last one you can see k2 and PBR logos that only show in certain light, a nice touchLast edited by three6steeze; 11-11-2008 at 11:14 AM.

um, this is TGR, not NS.
otherwise a solid first post.
this place is very welcoming to folks who sell skis they admit to getting for free, especially when it's their first post.

Looks like eastcoastballer is back.
Since then it's been a book you read in reverse, so you understand less as the pages turn.
The things you find on the net.

sorry about the description issue, i copied and pasted directly off my newschoolers post, i'm not sure however why you feel its necessary to degrade me on my first post... Arent TGR forum users supposed to be more mature and civilized?
and im sure you can take a guess as to whether or not 1200 is a low ball, very cute.
Also off topic but buckethead is your name by chance based on the musician buckethead?

as much as i really do appreciate a REAL offer thats a bit below what i want, sidenote though; that 800+msrp reference is purely for that, REFERENCE. I know im not getting 800 for these. I do however believe that they are a unique, GREAT skiing pair of skis, which unmounted, practically untouched are worth a solid chunk of change.

never heard of him, although i did see the other buckethead live this summer.
And i did read the READ THIS BEFORE YOU POST, post. And thankfully there are no markers included with the pbr skis, seeing as i will never again in my life touch those piece of crap bindings...

taking into account the 'guide' for pricing skis in that same post i mentioned earlier rare or high demand skis (these are rare) they should be 50% of msrp + 10-30%, thus somewhere inbetween 440-520, now in real terms. I'm knee deep in fucking debt and i want to make 5 hundo +shipping.
