most folks around here (myslef included) are big fans of the salomon "wing" binders. release constantly, durable, and fairly cheap and findable used.
then just decide your din range.
The general wisdom is to get a binding where you are not maxing out your din (i.e if you use a 10 DIN get a binder that goes to 12 etc.) not sure if that is actually true, but supposedly the binders last longer if they are not maxed out.

1) Search
2) It's pretty tough to recommend a binding without knowing your height, weight, skill level / what DIN you run, what you're planning on doing with the ski (touring, park, etc.), and what your budget is. If anything, the ski you're mounting it to is the least important piece of information.

i woulda got the 189s...
but just get a 12-16 salomon, look, or rossignol binding, they dont have to be new.
get the big brakes, bend em yourself, or take em to a shop thatll bend em for you.
bam.Perhaps you'd be more comfortable on epicski or Paula's Ski Lovers, AltaNancy.

If you want a ski for jibbing don't go obsethed. . . . But, the obsethed is a sick ski for just about everything else (minus ice coast hardpack - obvious).
Anyways, when your skiing a rocker'd ski you want to buy a size up. Because, the uppermost portion of a rocker tip will have no contact with the snow (except in powder), meaning less running length. . . So you buy a size up to gain back that running length. However, the obsethed does not have too much rocker, so you should get by okay. All that said, with your height, weight, and skill, a longer ski might be a bit better suited for you. . . . but thats mostly preference.
Also, go jesters or griffons. Griffons should be fine for your din level (12din). Some on this board will tell you to avoid marker bindings at all cost, in many cases this is true. But the jester/duke/griffon/baron seem to be an exception, much more reliable, plus - they have a wider footprint that gives better edge control (really, it makes a difference, anyone who tells you otherwise hasn't skied them)./ we live in the garden of Eden yeah, don't know why we wanna tear the whole thing to the ground / NRPS
