    TR: Pisgah and Farlow Gap

Last weekend I met NM from the F88 boards out at Pisgah for a little fun. We decided to start the day with Farlow Gap. The steepest, gnarliest, rockiest, legal decent in Pisgah.

It starts living up to its name right at the first drop into a boulder garden.

NM Ripping The Boulders. The leaf cover gives youy a little more confidence because you can't really see what is underneath.

The trail gets steeper and twists and turns to a few more boulder gardens.

These pictures do absolutely no justice as to the steepeness of the trail.

Nice stream to play on for a while.

After Farlow we took Daniel Gap back to the gravel road and climbed back up to Butter Gap. This one is fun, fast, and flowy.

    while.

Playing on the rock drop was a great ending to a great day since it was less than a mile from the parking lot. Going back this weekend for hopefully some more fun.

Nice! That looks like the trails up here in NH. You can't see squat.

Yeah. You just have to feel your way through and hope you are in the right spot. Especially in those rocks.
