Switched up my ski rack to a lower profile ratchet strap setup. Also, less sharp pieces of steel. The old setup sure could hold a lot, but was also quite hazardous. Hopefully it will snow down low before long!

Insurance or not, that sucks. Glad you weren't attached.

    I hope that insurance pays....off

See what they want for you to buy it back. You could still make some money off what's not destroyed on there, namely the brand new freakin motor. Assuming it's totaled which it looks like it is.

    and dibs on the skis

Hopefully you're not out too long. Walking into the same dealership and buying another one within a month would be pretty funny though.

I doubt she's totaled. Bumper, a-arm, pipe, can, carbon fiber over structure, hood, plastics...

I was envisioning a much harder impact based on the pic.

Damn! now your new sled's all cockeyed

Go hit another one at like 40. Quick!

Tunnel, bulkhead, plastics, bumper, pipe, can, motor is crooked...

Total at $7,500. Going to take it to another shop. I'd like this thing to total out. Anyone have any experience with that?

Apparently not! Hard to find another hold over - still not 100% sure it is totaled but my guess is yes.
