    Marker Baron vs. Marker Duke

I ski a lot at the resorts ( pretty much exclusively at Alta / Snowbird ), but am looking for a binding with the option of doing a little touring. So far, I've gathered that the Dukes are pretty well bombproof which is awesome. However, the barons are a little lighter. Weight isn't a huge issue, but I've got moderately heavy skis ( 183 cm ) Volkl Katanas and I'm just wondering if I can get away with most anything with the Marker Barons, or would people here would recommend the Dukes hands down? I'm 5'9" 175 - 180 and don't ride parks much if at all. I'll drop a few cliffs here and there and carve fairly aggressively. Which one should I get?

    Thanks.

SEARCH!!! There is another thread, with exactly this title, started by another JONG f--k fewer than 30 days ago.

Conclusion: just pony up and buy the Dukes.

we are rapidly approaching a moment of truth both for ourselves as human beings and for the life of our nation. Now, truth is not always a pleasant thing. But it is necessary now to make a choice, to choose between two admittedly regrettable, but nevertheless *distinguishable*, postwar environments: one where you got twenty million people killed, and the other where you got a hundred and fifty million people killed.

General, it is good to see you made it, sir!
If you gapers join this forum, if you survive JONG training, you will be a Maggot. But until that day you are JONGs. You are the lowest form of life on Earth. You are not even human fucking beings. You are nothing but unorganized grabastic pieces of amphibian shit. Because I am hard you will not like me. But the more you hate me the more you will learn. And my orders are to weed out all non-hackers who do not pack the gear to post on my beloved TGR. Do you JONGs understand that?
