Thread: TR: Col des Mosses w/pics

Fat Man and I made the plan the day before. We ride in the afternoon.

Fat tried to be fat and cancel. He was punched for this effort.

Weather was shit all the day before, but it did not rain.
Today was shaping up for the same, or so we thought.
I dressed for it, long pants, long sleeves. Mistake.

The sun came out, and the day was excellent.

There's a road in the green, wiggling up and into the trees.
That's the way home, through the ski area.

For the climbers and skiers out there, here is Les Plans, our backyard.
The wall has about 12 routes on it 15-20m each. It's in the shade after 15h00.
Nice place on a hot day when you can't get out earlier. Skiiing all around.


Got home in time to see the end of the TDF. I won't ruin it with an announcement here.

Stellar scenery and photos! Reminds of a train ride I took from Annecy to Chamonix a couple years back.
