Russian troops were absolutely attacked first (in the conflict between Georgia and Russia) since they entered South Ossetia at the invitation of the locals... hell, some of them had been there for a decade -- see Cloudpeak's post -- they were part of the Peacekeepers there. Honestly not very different than the Serbs attacking US forces in Kosovo...

Pretty much as I see it. Her foreign policy credentials are nil. Her military background is scant at best. Economic policies are a question mark. Economic policies does not equal budget. Really, I'd love to ask her what she thinks about the Chinese currency peg on US protectionist policies, ie - tariffs.

Palin seems crafty, but that's about it. I hope she's reached the end of her road come the first Tuesday in November.
